Glenn Donovan. Career B2B seller. Reluctant founder.

Built XScribe AI on the fifth try. Now helping technical founders do the part nobody taught them.

Three decades selling B2B technology.

Middleware, automation, complex enterprise platforms. Financial services specialty: insurance, banking, securities, asset management. Stretches as the first salesperson at startups, the sales manager, the Director, the rebuild guy when motions broke.

Eighteen months ago, I decided to build.

I wanted to build my own product. So I started teaching myself to ship code, using AI tools — vibe coding, basically, with the wrinkle that I had three semesters of college programming and decades of selling complex tech to fall back on.

Four versions of various ideas died. The fifth, XScribe AI, is live. I'm essentially a sales guy who learned to ship, not a developer.

Career seller who learned your world.

Most coaches who talk to technical founders are either career salespeople who've never built, or ex-founders who teach what they did once. I'm a career seller who deliberately went and learned your world so I could be useful in it.

When you describe being stuck, I get it from both sides — the sales side from doing it for a living, the build side from sitting in the empty-pipeline moment last year.

In the room. Every week. Driving deals.

I show up in the room every week if you need me. I don't do decks; I drive sales progress and help you do deals. I'm part of your team for the engagement, not a vendor with a deliverable.
